• You are authorized to enter into binding agreements.
• You are providing accurate and truthful information.

4. Pricing & Payment

• Pricing is provided at the time of booking and is subject to change based on service location, building size, and conditions. 
• We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods. Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Any applicable taxes will be added to your invoice.
• Invoices not paid within 15 days may incur late fees.

5. SMS Communication

By providing your phone number and consenting to SMS communications, you agree to receive texts from FlyWashDrone for purposes including, but not limited to:

• Appointment reminders and confirmations
• Service updates and schedule changes
• Billing or invoice inquiries
• Follow-up messages

• Services may be limited by weather, visibility, physical barriers, safety concerns, and FAA flight restrictions.
• While we strive to deliver outstanding results, outcomes may vary based on the building surface material, age, and previous damage.

8. Limitation of Liability

FlyWashDrone is not liable for:

• Damage caused by pre-existing conditions (e.g., structural damage, rot, weak roofing).
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service performance or delays.
• Any unauthorized or improper use of your login or personal account by third parties.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
